Just finished reading ‘ReWork’ by the guys at 37signals. ReWork is an excellent read for any starting or established business to rethink the way they do business challenging the conventional methods that result in waste, noise, and foggy business vision. Their “doing just enough” methodology focusing on core functionality and features while improving quality and efficiently is a true healthy approach which is evident is their simplified, easy to use, and solid products like Basecamp and the amazing Ruby on Rails framework. I highly recommend it for anyone, CEOs and developers alike.
